At Matthews & Peart we use Rehau PVC-U.There are many reasons why we use Rehau plastic for the manufacture of our windows.

TRADITIONAL WINDOW APPEARANCE
The deep chamfers on our windows have been carefully designed to replicate the putty line detailing of a timber window.This gives all the advantages of PVC-U while maintaining a traditional appearance, particularly if you choose the warm mahogany or golden oak woodgrain finish.

EXCELLENT THERMAL INSULATION
PVC-U is a very poor conductor of heat and therfore makes an excellent insulator.Rehau frames have been tested and proven to keep in nearly 60% more heat than typical older frames.This conserves energy and more importantly saves you money on your heating bill.

SOUNDPROOFING OFFERS YOU PEACE AND QUIET
Under test, a double glazed window made with rehau profiles will achieve a rating of 30-40dB.Typical ambient sound measures around 60dB in suburban conditions,so your new windows will more than halve the noise.

In addition to in-house tests, Rehau systems are tested by independant bodies such as the British Standards Institute(BSI) and the British Board of Agrement(BBA). Quality control is paramount with all factories operating to ENISO 9001 (formerley BS 5750).
